1. Orders & Payment

2. Shipping & Delivery

Live Fish Shipping Days: We only ship live animals on Mondays-Wednesday (depending on location) to minimize delays and to ensure animal safety.

Delivery Times: We’ll provide tracking, but shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other factors.

Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Your Part: Please make sure someone is home at the first delivery attempt. This is very important for the health of the fish.
3. Products and Services

Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products, including fish species, and other related information. However, due to the nature of live animals, slight variations in appearance or size may occur.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Product Image: Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly in colour, size, or packaging.

Age Restriction: By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or if under, that you have received consent from a parent or guardian.
4. Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival of fish when sipping conditions are met.

Customer must be present at the first delivery attempt.

Any DOA (dead-on-arrival) claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with 2 clear photos and a video.

Depending on the situation, we will offer a refund or a replacement (shipping costs are non-refundable).
5. Returns & Refunds

Live Fish & Aquatic Animals: We cannot accept returns once fish have been delivered, as this would be unsafe for the animals. Refunds are only given under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
6. Your Responsibility

Once your fish arrive alive and in good condition, their care is in your hands.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

Improper acclimation

Poor water quality or unsuitable tank conditions

Aggressive tank mates or incompatibility issues

Please research your fish’s needs before purchasing.

Customers must understand the risks involved in owning live fish, including potential illnesses and the need for quarantine when introducing new fish to an existing aquarium.
