The Sterbai Corydoras is a South American freshwater catfish popular in South Africa for its striking appearance, with a dark body covered in white spots and vibrant orange pectoral fins. These peaceful, social bottom-dwellers grow to about 6 cm and require a minimum 75-litre community tank with soft substrate, hiding places. They are best kept in groups of 4-6 or more and scavenge for sinking foods like pellets, wafers, and bloodworms.
