The Venezuelan cory, or Orange Venezuelan cory (Corydoras aeneus "Venezuela"), is a peaceful, orange-hued, bottom-dwelling freshwater fish that reaches about 5.5 cm in size. These fish are social and should be kept in groups of at least 6 or more, as they are more active in schools. They are good for community tanks, are relatively easy to care for, and eat a varied diet of sinking pellets, flakes, and frozen or live foods.
